STEP 2
Permits
This step involves obtaining the necessary permits from the local authorities to begin construction.
STEP 3
Demolition
This step involves the demolition of any existing structures on the site.
STEP 4
Framing
This step involves the construction of the building’s frame, including the walls, roof, and floors.
STEP 5
Rough in Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical
This step involves the installation of the building’s plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
STEP 6
Insulation
This step involves the installation of insulation to regulate the building’s temperature.
STEP 7
Sheet Rocking, Tape
& Mud
This step involves the installation of drywall and the application of tape and mud to create a smooth surface.
STEP 8
Flooring & Trim Work
This step involves the installation of the building’s flooring, such as carpet, tile, or hardwood, in addition to the installation of trim work, such as baseboards and crown molding.

Millwork Install
